Especially Arturo.Accommodating and Very nice to work with in all aspects.I have gotten multiple bids to have my roof done.. 2 of them were just outrageous.I got a bid from Mike., And it was a good price for good material. And reasonable install price..Time and material un-determined of course, Who knows how bad your roof is underneath it?Mike came out, had it all torn off.,. Then they started, 2 days to put a roof on. Had the inspector come by the next day?, Pass with flying colors.( mike was on site lots of times)If I was going to have a roof done, Which is an extremely large job.I would have Mike and company. My wife and I bought a ~40 year old house with a colorful roofing history, including an original flat roof converted to gabled after a collapse in the 90s. We knew the roof would need to be replaced soon when we bought the house. As first time homeowners, Jahn's happened to be the first company we contacted about the project. I was surprised when they suggested I get other estimates so I could make a more informed and comfortable decision.After getting several estimates from other roofing companies as advised, we were most confident in Jahn's bid because not only did they offer the best warranty backed roof installation, but they also quoted us the best price. Honestly, we almost went with them after our consultation, but it became an easy choice to make after getting the other estimates.During the project, they were extremely communicative and easy to work with. Long story short, they did the most for the best price. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did.Fast forward 5 months later: we were having issues with our master bathroom ventilation (unexplained mold despite near constant dehumidifier in Winter & windows open in Summer). We eventually figured out that our master bathroom fan exhaust was incorrectly installed (without backflow flaps or true exterior duct vents) that had gone unnoticed during our home inspection. I wanted to maintain the integrity & warranty of the roof Jahn's installed, so I called them to talk about a new exhaust port into the roof that they had just replaced.Come to find out, getting the exhaust properly installed required that part of the old flat roof be removed. Jahn's sent a quote and scheduled us for later in the week. Omar from Jahn's roofing came to install the exhaust vent on the gabled roof, and then also helped us to remove a portion of the old flat roof to set up the bathroom exhaust for appropriate ventilation.This was all done for the price of installing only the vent, which was another job I got several estimates for...and Jahn's once again offered the best price, most assurance, and fastest service. Omar was also able to do all the work in a single afternoon, while maintaining the integrity roof they recently replaced. Once again, I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work done.I am a very satisfied client, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.“
“Jones Family Roofing is where it is at! They are a small family-owned and family-run roofing company here in the Sacramento/Placer county area and everyone I interacted with at this company was just a gem.While we hired Jones Family Roofing in 2023, our story goes back to 2017. Recently widowed, my mom saw something she though meant she needed a new roof. She mentioned this to her HVAC serviceman who referred her to Jones Family Roofing.Richard came out to look at my mom's concerns and he assured her that her roof was perfectly fine and should be for another 5-6 years. She was relieved and when she told me this story, I asked her to give me their contact info so I could save it in my phone for anyone else needing roof work done. Richard (or someone else) could have so VERY easily taken advantage of my mother and just agreed that she needed a new roof just to get the work, but Richard was a stand-up guy and his integrity spoke volumes about him, his family, and his company.Fast forward 6 years, sadly my mother passed away and now it was us kids needing to re-roof the home prior to having family move into the house. Jones family came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive quote. It wasn't the lowest quote we received, but the 2017 interaction had scored Jones Roofing MAJOR brownie points with me (and my brothers) so we decided to award them the job.Jean in the office was so sweet and helpful/kind with any and all questions that we had. Our job took place on time and remained on schedule. I went over to check on the crew and spoke with Jean's grandson/Richard's nephew who was on the job (can't remember his name, darn it) and he was super kind and genuine as well. I didn't meet the tear-off crew but it was all Jones boys putting the roof on the house.
