Though the service included repairing any broken stucco around the vent, was very appreciative with their care and concern in not creating unnecessary breakage. As it turned out, Carlos was able to coax the bees out from the vent and gently captured the bees flying out. Most were surrounding an exterior lighting fixture. He then applied a treatment inside the vent area to prevent the bees from returning and a mesh over the vent. Last week, we found a large amount of subterranean termites around our home, and he explained to us that these were the type that could get inside. He let us know it’s the season when these termites are most active and recommended we keep our doors closed as much as possible.

Willy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show us what signs to look for in case of an infestation. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering all our questions.

The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair.
