“I have a small 734sf house and moved in last May; I hired Ecorattic to rodent-proof so I could put in AC. There was some evidence of rodent activity in the kitchen. I paid $5100 for removal of insulation and rodent-proofing. Later, the guys who did the insulation in the same attic ($2100) were surprised (i.e. they laughed) to hear that it was $5100 to remove insulation, clean the crawl space and put the screens on. So Ecorattic def got the job done (no activity since then), and were very nice. But it was very expensive.“
