“We got quotes from 5 different companies and ended up choosing Green Rodent Restoration due to a combination of their reasonable pricing, professionalism, and lack of pushy sales tactics.

We had a cat give birth to a litter of kittens in our attic and while they were adorable, they made a mess and caused tons of problems for us. Not every company was licensed to deal with cats, so we were grateful that Green Rodent could help us with it.

Scheduling the estimate was easy and Rony showed up on time. He was incredibly thorough and spent longer than any other technician for the evaluation. The quote, again, was reasonable especially compared to the other companies we reached out to.

On the day of the service, their team came prepared. What struck me the most was how respectful they were of our property. They removed shoes before entering our house -- something that other companies did not do -- and when they were done, they literally hand cleaned the floors where they walked to ensure there was no residual dirt or debris. To me, that is above and beyond and showed so much respect for our house which we did not expect, but really appreciated.

They did an excellent job with the actual work and showed before/after pictures of what was done. They cleaned and sanitized the attic, sealed up all the entry points and from the outside, they painted the new parts to blend in with our house. Their team also caught a kitten by hand and we were able to gently and safely put him in a pet carrier. Payment was easy and there were no dishonest sales tactics, just very straightforward service.

“My girlfriend and I started noticing a very unpleasant smell coming from under our house near the beginning of January. It quickly became clear that an animal, most likely an opossum, had died in the crawl space. I called a few pest control companies for estimates, but UnBugMe Pest Control immediately stood out. Juan and Osmir were outstanding. Juan went under the house, removed an older, dried-out opossum, and quickly identified that a second animal had wedged itself between two walls in the crawl space (between our bathroom and a bedroom). I was dreading the thought of cutting into walls, removing the remains, and then dealing with repairs and paint matching, but Juan and Osmir handled all of it quickly, seamlessly, and at a very reasonable cost.

They documented the entire removal with video so we could see exactly what was done, which I really appreciated. Juan also set a trap that allowed us to humanely remove a live opossum that had been active under the house. They then sealed the now-upgraded crawl-space gate grills professionally to help prevent this from happening again.

UnBugMe was incredibly fast, arriving just hours after I called, the pricing was more than reasonable and everything was resolved over a couple of days. Juan and Osmir were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with, as was Valerie in the office.
