After we contacted 360, a guy named Gaz showed up. He listened to our whole rat saga, and then toured our house inside and out, carefully checking our attic, basement and all the crevices around the house. He even climbed onto our roof and walked around there. His dedication to his work was apparent, and was equal to his knowledge of these types of issues. He was an excellent explainer with regard to what needed to be done, and very friendly as well. Highest recommendation!
