Our pest control technician, Daniel, was a wonderful communicator and let us know exactly when he would show up to our house. This is our first experience using Aptive but it appears that Daniel was very thorough in spraying and addressing some of our problem areas such as spider webs and stray ants here and there.
So far so good. I’ve had two technicians come out thus far and they were both very friendly and thorough. Too early to tell if Aptive is more successful than DIY spraying, but I’ll revisit this review in a year to update it.
Today Marcus came to service my yard. He listened intently to my concerns about our constant mosquito issues and assured me he would concentrate on that while also addressing the usual yard pests. And he did!
I watched him cover the entire perimeter of the house, and then the entire yard, especially the areas where we have seating. Then he went back again to spray areas higher into our trees and hedges. I appreciated that he was taking my mosquito concerns seriously.
