The entire process was very pleasant and professional. From Joe who did the inspection, to the office staff, to Mark who actually treated the pest control situation, the level of service they provided was excellent. There were no chemicals, I was able to remain in my home and there is no evidence of termites since they completed the job. And, it was at a great price with a great guarantee and annual follow-ups. I won't use any other pest control service but Ecola!
It was very easy to schedule a time to meet. When Pat arrived he was extremely knowledgeable about rodents. We did a walk through and he pointed at key factors which would be the likely cause of the rodents. Pat placed the boxes in strategic positions on the property. Within a week, we had a couple of hits. It’s now three weeks and I believe the issue has been resolved.
Ecola is a professional dependable service that I have used for several years. They are available when I call. They have rid this house of termites and that was my goal. I have a yearly contract and it is well worth it.
