“I've used Ortiz Pest 3 times, and they have been a pleasure to work with. Please understand that for rats, they don't just use traps, what they do is they specialize in blocking the access the rats have to your attics and crawl spaces, which is the main thing you have to do to eradicate the issue. Once done, they set traps in your attics and crawl spaces, and come a few times. Eventually, the traps will be empty because they've all been trapped or starved because the rats can't get out. Eventually, rats might create another access hole, at which point you can call Ortiz again to seal off the new hole. We had this happen twice, but it is always a few years between breaches. Highly recommend Ortiz Pest. Reasonable prices, also. But it depends on how many and how complicated your openings are. If you have a ton of places where rats can get in, you'll spend more on the front end to seal up your house.“

“I surfed the web and came upon with Round The Clock for service. This was an unsettling situation that bed bugs had invaded one bedroom and moved on to a second. RTC arranged to come over and inspect immediately. Not only did they conduct a visual inspection, they had provided the services of their "sniff" inspection dog. The previous vendor I contacted did a quick visual inspection and only looked at the one room. With RTC and their beloved K-9, it was discovered that the bugs had moved into a second room as well. Without their thorough inspection the second bedroom invasion would not have been treated which in turn would have resulted in continuing problems.RTC connected me with Ray Castellanos, the field rep and K-9 handler. “CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent customer service and communication! I contacted the company through Yelp to get a quote for a bee hive removal. Fernando responded promptly and answered any questions I had. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out promptly!

COMPLETION OF JOB: There were two hives that needed to be removed. Fernando and his team used a thermal camera to locate the hives to see how big they were. They removed the hives and sealed the areas so bees would not return. They do not repair or paint. Fernando anticipated having to cut out a piece of the plywood/roof, and it was possible that a hole would be left behind, which would have to be patched by someone else. However, his team cut and was able to replace the plywood and seal it.

CLEANLINESS: The team arrived and prepped the area. After completion, the team swept and washed the area. I saw some residue honey/liquid and contacted Fernando and he sent a team member the same day to clean it!

PROFESSIONALISM: Fernando was prompt, polite, and provided me with his business license and liability insurance when requested (required for HOA to approve vendors).
