We did not know what we wanted- only replace the furnace, the furnace, and the 24-year-old air conditioner simultaneously, or get a new heat pump. “I was having a huge ant issue in my master bedroom and I reached out to Ameripest. Daniel was very professional over the phone. Miguel showed up and took care of the problem. They communicated very well throughout the entire process.“

“My girlfriend and I started noticing a very unpleasant smell coming from under our house near the beginning of January. It quickly became clear that an animal, most likely an opossum, had died in the crawl space. I called a few pest control companies for estimates, but UnBugMe Pest Control immediately stood out. Valerie actually answered the phone and scheduled a visit right away.

Juan and Osmir were outstanding. Juan went under the house, removed an older, dried-out opossum, and quickly identified that a second animal had wedged itself between two walls in the crawl space (between our bathroom and a bedroom). I was dreading the thought of cutting into walls, removing the remains, and then dealing with repairs and paint matching, but Juan and Osmir handled all of it quickly, seamlessly, and at a very reasonable cost.

They documented the entire removal with video so we could see exactly what was done, which I really appreciated. Juan also set a trap that allowed us to humanely remove a live opossum that had been active under the house. They then sealed the now-upgraded crawl-space gate grills professionally to help prevent this from happening again.

UnBugMe was incredibly fast, arriving just hours after I called, the pricing was more than reasonable and everything was resolved over a couple of days. Juan and Osmir were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with, as was Valerie in the office.

I had a rodent issue in my home because my next-door neighbors were dealing with an infestation and they started making their way into my place also. I tried handling it myself at first, but I honestly DON’T recommend that because it ended up getting worse and I realized they were multiplying very fast. That was very stressful!
That’s when I decided to call Rodent Masters after another neighbor recommended them. Funny enough, it ended up being a few of us neighbors on the same street using their services.

I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair. Folks, this is the best pesticide company I have dealt with in our home for the past 28 years we're here. Before you hire another company, please consider McKernan Inspections.
