In addition, due to a recent torrential rain, I started seeing ants migrating in garage and Matthew was able to help and recommended some treatment. “Bees were entering into the condo building through an underside vent. Though the service included repairing any broken stucco around the vent, was very appreciative with their care and concern in not creating unnecessary breakage. As it turned out, Carlos was able to coax the bees out from the vent and gently captured the bees flying out. Most were surrounding an exterior lighting fixture. He then applied a treatment inside the vent area to prevent the bees from returning and a mesh over the vent. Carlos did not removed the vent that would have cracked the stucco.Carlos was efficient, gentle, and careful with the property and removing the bees.Staff manning the phone was efficient in setting up an appointment time and worked as a good liaison between client and the technician.Won't go wrong using Family Bee Eco-Friendly Bee Removal!“

“I've had rats for the past 2 years. I first used a Pest company that temporarily got rid of the rats but since they didn't find the entry point, I continued to have rats. I was determined to get rid of my problem so I hired a company focused only on rats. Still continued to have rats. Worse, they dropped poison in my crawlspace so now I had a dead rat smelling up my whole downstairs area. My plumber suggested I call Vince. I was very skeptical since I'd already tried 2 "experts" but was desperate so gave Vince a call. He was the only one to find the root of my problem. It took him half an hour to figure it out. The reason? He was the only one to put in the full effort to look at my ENTIRE crawlspace even though it gets pretty small in some areas. Plus he continued to take my call after he was done to give me advice. 100% Five stars. They were the only ones to solve my 2 year problem. Definitely give them a call!!!!!“

“I hate a severe ant problem for years. It was driving me crazy. I finally decided on a service as nothing I did would get rid of them. I called Robert, and took out the service for every two months. The first time he came, I had a lot of ants. After he sprayed.............gone! There was no ants between that service and 2 months later, but I have kept it up anyway. I have not had one ant since I hired him. Robert is very friendly, pleasant, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for any of your pest problems.“

I called Bad Termite and they referred me to Bobby. He was out of the area, but because he heard the desperation in my voice, he backtracked and came to treat the home. Bobby and his assistant were caring and helpful. They told me what to do after the treatment. I contacted Bobby with follow up questions and he was great.
