Busy bee removal

I was cleaning up in the backyard when I noticed some bees going in and out of a small hole in the wall. I called Fernando (during the busiest time of the year!), sent him some footage, and he got back to me very quickly and came out the next day. He was so thorough with explaining bees and how they set up, and things I could do to prevent them from returning. Fernando was extremely communicative throughout the removal, sending me photos and footage of the process. While they were here, they also removed a couple small wasp nests that were hanging off of an eave. Like many others, I called Fernando on the weekend when I noticed a bunch of bees swarming into my home. He super promptly came out, took care of the issue, sealed the outside of my home, and cleaned out the hive. He was incredibly nice and professional the whole time. Exceptional service, all around!My concern were carpenter bees that were building nests in an eave above our front door.I called Fernando on a week night & after discussing the issue (yes, he answered on the first call!), he gave me an estimate. He arrived on time the next day as scheduled, did a thorough visual inspection of the entire house fascia, then worked on the main area - cleaning the dirt, sealing the holes with before and after photos & video.Fernando is professional, pleasant and cares about the quality of his work - and it shows.
