“I highly recommend Moctezuma Roofing if you need a new roof. My old roof had three layers of asphalt shingles with the bottom layer going back many decades and was in need of replacement. The roofing companies I called were either referred to me by neighbors or friends who had their roofs replaced, or they had excellent online reviews. I chose Moctezuma Roofing for several reasons. They had excellent reviews, and are Diamond Certified. The neighbor down the street whose roof they worked on was very happy with their new roof installed by Moctezuma. Jacob, co-owner and estimator for Moctezuma, came out without delay, and I liked how he presented his company and his company’s qualifications. His quote was emailed to me promptly. His work crew arrived promptly on the date and time scheduled, worked hard on removing the old shingles (it took two full days to peel off all three layers), laid down new plywood, replaced soffits that had dry rot, and laid down reflective GAF shingles and roof vents for attic ventilation. At the end of each day the crew carefully cleaned up the work zone. They were professional and skilled in their work. I was told the roof replacement would take four days. They finished at the end of four days. Any questions, issues or concerns I had during the roof installation were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Jacob was quick to reply to any texts or phone calls I made before, during and after the installation. Jacob promptly registered the work done by his company with GAF and I have received my Golden Pledge Warranty. The new roof looks beautiful. I am very happy with the work they did.
