“After getting quotes from other roofing companies, I selected State Roofing Systems to remove and replace the roof on my house. OTHER companies provided quotes (that were more) and had some obscure exclusions. If I didn't understand the industry, I wouldn't have understood. State Roofing was very professional throughout the whole process. They contacted the City, obtained the permits, ordered all the correct materials to complete the job. They scheduled the project with my approval and performed the removal of the old roofing, applied the correct underlayment, install all the flashing properly. “Appointment was a breeze to make over the phone for repairing my roof leaking issue. Jesus Mendez showed up on time. Jesus assessed the damages of the roof for repair in half an hour and gave me the reasonable price quote. Appointment for repair was set for 4 weeks out due to holidays season. But, Jesus covered the leakage area of the roof. He also promised me that he will replaced all defective 7 or 8 O-Rings for roof ventilation ports. He did came back after a couple of days later with brand-new O-Rings and replace all the defective ones for me before the heavy rain hit in our area. Jesus came back after New Year and fixed all my roof leakage issues with a professional manners in 2 days. Cleaned up debris from all my gutters, valley areas of the roof along with constant update on the progress. Heavy rain hit in between the repair days and leakage seemed to be completely fixed now.
