Brian communicates through email almost instantly when you have questions or concerns and the "ground crew" are just as easy to communicate with. We loved that Brian sends his entire crew of ~14 workers to each job so an entire roof can be done in just one day and our was, even though 5 men were out sick! “I'm so happy I settled on Ace. After a few interviews with other roofers, they did everything right, right from the initial inspection, findings, recommendations (chimney was crumbling) and pricing. He took a lot of photos of what they saw needed done up there. The crew did the recovering, etc. in a couple days and did an excellent job. The installed more efficient gutters, and when torrential storms came about 5 months later and water backed up and came inside a wall, causing bubbles under paint in bathroom, they came right over a day later and added one more drainpipe to gutter on each side, letting it drain faster in a deluge. No charge! Excellent, professional, local company. At least have them come to inspect your place to compare with other outfits. I think Teddy did the inspection here.“

They created a clear and detailed proposal with a competitive price. Alexandria, our project manager, is helping, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. She helped with the design and maintained excellent communication throughout. Juan, the foreman, and his crew did excellent work. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up daily. “40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. Whatever the issue Rollamatic has always taken care of our system...installing new glass when one of our kids broke the glass...installing a new motor after decades of use...tweeking the old supports for the system to roll smoothly. In our house the Rollamatic roof is more than a thing of beauty: it helps us stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer; and it protects us from the rain. We can either have an extra room i.e. the atrium, or open the roof 100% to enjoy the fresh air.
