I recently moved into a house shortly after the arc storms we had here in the Bay Area this past year. To say that the roof was in poor condition prior to the storms is an understatement. After the storms, it was in a terrible place, water would pool in small depressions on the roof, the drains were filled with gunk and blocked, and it would constantly creak at all hours of the day.
