It has been raining hard and my renters who live upstairs called and reported that the roof was leaking. I called Ramos Roofing because I've had a previous experience with them. About 10yrs earlier, I had desperately needed a downspout which they had come and installed expertly and then they waited patiently for payment which took a couple of weeks. The downspout still is there in its place. I never forgot their kindness to me at that time. Long story short when I called Lauro on Dec 31st, he came looked at the roof and said he would be back on New Years Day to make the repair. Our experience with Ramos and his team has been absolutely fantastic. Our first time working with him was a very complicated job. Our house is built on a big hill with a flat roof deck on one level and a double pitched roof on the primary level. His crew worked tirelessly through horrible smoke from nearby fires, winter rain storms starting, and tried several different methods to seal our roof deck long-term. Moreover, he and the crew have hustle. Show up immediately, on time, and ready to work. No complaints and even sending crews on the weekend if that's needed to get the job right.
