We had our roof replaced in 2015 by Westco. There were some leaks that popped up in 2021 and 2023. They honored their warranty and kept working until they fixed the problem, which ended up that they needed to completely replace a lot of the roof and add a higher end underlayment. In the end of the day, they may be expensive but it is highly worth it if you take into account their strong warranty. I highly recommend them.
In this winter of crazy horizontal rains, all the other roofing companies I contacted were telling me they could come out in 2-3 months to look at what was causing the brown spots and cracking in my ceiling. 2-3 months! But Westco gave me an appt 10 days out. Tim was prompt and efficient and honest. The flashing around the eyebrow feature (and other piping) hadn't been done correctly, and water was seeping in. On the other hand, I am planning a second floor addition in the next year, so it didn't make sense to to do a full-blown re-do of the flashing, so he advised I get a handyman to use sealant as a stop-gap solution only, until I can get the (20-yr+ old) roof replaced during the addition construction. I wish all interactions with contractors went this well.
