“All the good things. She's very professional and does not go overboard: everything is confirmed. I've had electrolysis by three other people and twice was left with scarring. Nancy is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing and I've walked away and come back clear skinned: no scars or bumps in the last 4 months.

She's also a very nice person and while she's very booked, when she has openings she reached out and took me on.

Everything is very clean. She replaces sheets, sanitizes the machine after every use. Also, her chair is insanely comfortable - I definitely want to fall asleep in it 45 minutes in.

Easy parking. Great customer service: she actually answers her phone and reaches out if you need anything. Just an all around great local business owner who is great at what she does.

I have PCOS and have had issues with hair on my face and neck, and Carrol's treatments have reduced that hair down to almost nothing, now I just go for maintenance.
