He’s the first barber to kindly make suggestions that end up fitting my face much better than a style I was asking for. No more looking at old photos and regretting and saying “what was I thinking!?” He’s a kind hearted, genuine guy who loves to connect and share stories with his customers who he treats like his friends. He keeps his prices low and his shop is clean and comfortable. Make sure to call as his schedule gets booked up. He always tries to find you a spot the day of or the next day. “I had a great experience at K2 Salon! Ken did my haircut. We started with a chat about what I wanted, which was a wolfcut/shaggy layers. I showed him a reference photo and we discussed whether the style would work with my hair type (naturally slightly wavy), since I wanted to be able to wear the new haircut without having to style my hair heavily. We talked through the plan for the haircut (Ken said he would cut some layers, then see how my hair flowed to see if we should continue with the cut), then did a shampoo + conditioning. Throughout the haircut, Ken checked in frequently to see if the length and layering was what I wanted. We had some pleasant chitchat during the haircut as well. I am very happy with my haircut and plan to come back to K2 for my next cut! Long haircut was $60 before tip -- definitely worth it for the time and attention Ken spent on my hair!

She has a gift for exactness and perfection and she is incredibly gentle so services are not painful. I choose to drive double the commute to come to see her over my old salon because of the quality you can feel and see. I could not recommend her more!“
