All the good things. She's very professional and does not go overboard: everything is confirmed. I've had electrolysis by three other people and twice was left with scarring. Nancy is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing and I've walked away and come back clear skinned: no scars or bumps in the last 4 months.
She's also a very nice person and while she's very booked, when she has openings she reached out and took me on.
Everything is very clean. She replaces sheets, sanitizes the machine after every use. Also, her chair is insanely comfortable - I definitely want to fall asleep in it 45 minutes in.

I'm not yet a customer but hopeful that I will get an appointment at this nearby salon soon. Apparently their schedule is booked solid and they aren't taking new customers. I've heard good things about them and want to book an appointment, even if it's scheduled for 2-3 months from now.
I've logged 54 hours of electrolysis with Nancy so far, and I am so grateful that my friend suggested her. Not only is she warm, friendly, and always fun to talk to, but she's also constantly active in the online electrologist community, sharing and researching the best techniques. I haven't shaved in months and feel ecstatic about how far we've come so far. She's also a great trans ally. We talk about trans stuff regularly and it feels as natural as talking about anything else. For a trans person doing something as vulnerable and dysphoric as dealing with facial hair, that can be really important. 11/10 I'm going to be kind of sad when I don't have anymore facial hair for her to zap
