She clearly knows her stuff and went over expectations, the procedure for the day, and aftercare, and made sure I had no confusion or questions. She was happy to offer opinions on my lash enhancement when I wasn't sure what to pick, but also deferred to my preferences once I made a decision. She explained everything as she was doing it, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The tattoo itself was painless and the results look great so far. I'm very happy.“

Katie Guided me through the steps with thoughtfulness and patience, taking time to answer my questions while also educating me on the process and expectations for final results. While I had a concept in my head of what I wanted my brows to look like based on how I was using make up to fill them in, Katie helped me to understand how the final product would look and provided me with different options. I did end up taking her advice, and I am super glad that I did. The key for me was to be patient and trust the process. My eyebrows look natural and effortless, and not having to do them every morning has been such a game changer!
