“My first set with her went really well! I wanted to look cute in Japan and while she didn't initially do what I had booked, she used her on point judgement about what would be best for me (given I don't wear makeup or lashes often) so I appreciate her tailoring the lashes for me after discussion.

Top and bottom set took ~2 hours and ~$200 including tax/tip. Very clean place and professional service, she gave me a mini kit to care for them at home too!“

“Hidden gem in Oakland. Ken really knows how to layer hair. He doesn’t overdo it and leave you looking shaggy, nor does he underdo it and leave you with blunt ends. Everything is perfectly balanced.

My only minor complaint is that he blow-dried my hair pin straight to see the layers better instead of cutting it wet. I understand why he did it, but it does add some unnecessary heat damage to the hair.“

Katie Guided me through the steps with thoughtfulness and patience, taking time to answer my questions while also educating me on the process and expectations for final results. While I had a concept in my head of what I wanted my brows to look like based on how I was using make up to fill them in, Katie helped me to understand how the final product would look and provided me with different options. I did end up taking her advice, and I am super glad that I did. The key for me was to be patient and trust the process. My eyebrows look natural and effortless, and not having to do them every morning has been such a game changer!

She's thoughtful and consistent, and her work is so gentle that I fall asleep and wake up refreshed and relaxed, and to beautiful lashes! It's like spa day for my eyes! I never thought I'd love someone's work as much as Thanh's, but Kelly (a new tech at Wink)'s work is fabulous and detailed, and she doesn't miss a lash!
