“I had my first ever IPL treatment at Sanctuaire MD yesterday, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. I had many questions ahead of time and the receptionist was incredibly patient with me. At the appointment Ann was checking in with me throughout the full experience and I felt relaxed and confident going into the treatment. I have had visible blood vessels and blotchy red spots on my cheeks for years now, and even one day after the IPL I can see my skin coloring looking a bit more even! Not only is she warm, friendly, and always fun to talk to, but she's also constantly active in the online electrologist community, sharing and researching the best techniques. We talk about trans stuff regularly and it feels as natural as talking about anything else.
