I came in with an issue of a zoom recording not downloading/ converting because of limited disk space on my laptop. I was freaking out because it was a critical recording for school. I came in and the owner went above and beyond to help. It took some time but he was able to figure it out. I was extremely relieved and felt so at ease the issue was fixed. Don't hesitate.
