I took my laptop in to have a new battery installed. Luis installed the replacement I brought; unfortunately it was defective. He advised me what battery to get, and when it arrived today he installed at no extra charge. Nice guy, seems very knowledgeable. It’s a neighborhood computer shop, convenient and friendly.
Found the problem with my computer really fast and it was fixed pretty quickly (waited a few days but only because a part had to be ordered). Appreciated that the diagnostic fee went towards the total cost of fixing the problem.
