Bernard's service is excellent! He is professional and very good at explaining what the problem is. My computer was out of storage and I couldn't understand why. While working on it, he realized someone else had worked on it before and fixed it incorrectly. I was most concerned about losing my pictures. Bernard went above and beyond and organized all my photos into files. He fixed my computer and did it all within one day. I would recommend Compu Smart and Bernard to anyone in need of a great repair tech. Thank you Bernard!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Compu Smart and technician, Bernardo. Bernardo truly is a life saver.I was in desperate need of some assistance with my external hard drive, because it burned out. I was so scared I had lost my whole life’s memories. My kids in their younger years along with thousands of family photos and video memories (Kids child births, etc.) . I was so worried, but Bernardo gave me hope. He was honest and very upfront and was willing to do everything to save my files.Bernardo and was so professional and so helpful from the start.
