I work for a small community bank & happily wear many hats at my job. Often times we can get overwhelmingly busy to the point where even being able to communicate our office needs can be a challenge!! Our technician was understanding, quick on his feet and able to troubleshoot during those times! While servicing our printer he went above & beyond by checking ALL other printers!!
