Shaw is HIGHLY experienced in this field. I came here cause my gaming laptop started dropping in fps drastically, micro stutters, etc.
I let him know that there could be something possibly wrong with the thermal paste. So he took a look at it and come to find out the CPU had no thermal paste on it from the manufacturer. So he put thermal paste on and gave me extra heat sinks as well as de-clutter my pc a lil bit my PC a little bit. Told me to came back like 30 minutes later and my games are Running fine on 4K Resolution.
Back to normal. HIGHLY recommend this place.
