I never write reviews but my experience here is an exception. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I came in with an issue of a zoom recording not downloading/ converting because of limited disk space on my laptop. I was freaking out because it was a critical recording for school. I came in and the owner went above and beyond to help. It took some time but he was able to figure it out. I was extremely relieved and felt so at ease the issue was fixed. Don't hesitate. Every situation is different and there is never a guarantee there is a solution to the problem. But what I can tell you is that they will put in the effort to try and help you.
Came with issues on computer not booting up properly and had collected a lot of dust. Helped with a deep cleaning and repaird GPU issues not connecting to monitor. Nice person and has lots of experience with tech.
My wife found this place when she had an emergency and it went great for her. So I brought my desktop which has been freezing a lot when I play games. Kyro ran his diagnostics and found the issue and gave me some solutions. He was straight forward, honest, and very helpful.
