He efficiently supported my issue with friendliness, kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, effective communication, and professionalism. Alonso's technical ability is superb. He solved my laptop problem timely. I didn't have to wait unreasonably or make several trips to have him servicing my device's issue. Most of all, he tried his best to resolve the problem instead of offering a new purchase to replace my current one as many establishments did when I brought my laptop to be looked at. My MacBook Pro was in need of a new logic board and Apple wanted to charge me $480. Roko tech was able to do it for half the price, including the part and install. I would definitely come back again for any other issues I have with my computers!!
Back in Business! Alonso was very responsive to my initial call. He was knowledgeble about my Mac and able to tell me his plan to repair it over the phone. Once the screen was delivered it took him less than an hour to replace my cracked screen. Overall, I am pleased with his service and speed of repair. He is highly recommendable.
