I have a 6-year-old iPad Pro that I had rarely used, in which the battery swelled and popped the cover off in a couple of spots over a year ago. I went to one store that wanted $300 to replace the battery and the cover if it cracked during repair, and the guy said, and I quote, "They pretty much always crack"...yikes. Next! Went to a nearby Apple Store where I had to check in and wait...and wait. Those places are ALWAYS busy...and that's why they own the world...hah! The guy who finally assisted me was very nice, only to say they don't fix this problem, but I could get a brand new, never used version of the same iPad Pro (it too would be 6 years old)...for $500. Stumbled into this store by accident and glad i did. Replaced my touch screen in 30mins for half the cost apple quoted me. 10/10 recommend! p.s. Don't get your screen fixed at apple, they want you to sign all these waivers, fork over your ID & password, and wait days to get your phone back.

I brought my iPhone 8plus in because my apps weren't working - just circling. Battery health showed it was degraded. I assumed this was the problem . Dee replaced the battery bringing health of battery to 100%. Unfortunately I had to bring it back because apps still weren't working. Dee spent time and resources troubleshooting. She didn't give up until problem fixed. I truly commend her. Saved me from having to buy a new phone
