I tried installing a new modem from Spectrum and messed it up and disrupted my connection by then fiddling around with my Orbi router.Paul to the rescue! He was on time and such a nice understanding young man. Got me up and running and answered all my questions and also advice. He's very knowledgeable.Highly recommend, ask for Paul if you need to call!Also Lance who answered the phone and set up the appointment was courteous and polite.”
