Abbey was one of multiple estimates I got for the replacement of my AC, furnace, and ductwork. Unlike all the other contractors who just copied the old existing system, his estimate was based on calculations he did to size the tonnage and ductwork I exactly needed. My intake was too small for the size of the HVAC tonnage I needed so it had to be widened. Minor work but essential to the function of the system in the long run. Working with Abbey and the team at Banner was a pleasure. Abbey was very detailed and gave great guidance about the best roof air contioning unit for me to replace an old one that was no longer working. I received 4 different bids and Banner's was the most reasonable for the superior brand I preferred. Abbey made sure the engineering was thorough so that the new unit could fit where the old one did. Abbey and his crew are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and fixing the root causes of a couple of issues with my AC when the company I previously had doing maintenance gave me a blanket diagnosis of “a leak” and started pushing me to replace an only 5 year old system. Abbey worked hard to find a difficult to obtain part, and they repaired multiple issues in less than a day. It was a somewhat costly repair, but I thought the price was fair for the amount of work.
