Very impressed with this company and our technician Konstantine. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Our AC broke and he was able to correctly diagnose the issue and resolve. We were very pleased with his quick turnaround. He also had an overall friendly demeanor, which was an added bonus. Konstantin is the owner and he personally comes to your house- I can honestly say he's one of the best in the biz, I couldn't recommend him more! They are able to schedule an appointment to come out almost instantly and Konstantin was able to quickly assess the issue and fix the problem all within 30 minutes. Called on a Tuesday morning to seek help regarding my A/C unit not cooling. We are in the middle of a mini heat wave and my A/C unit only stopped pulling in cold air the day before, even though the fan was working and the unit was running. Konstantin was able to come out soon after same day. Determined that the compressor was not working properly and did some rewiring to fix the issue. The unit has been cooling like before now so it appears he found the problem quickly and efficiently. Hopefully it stays this way so the heat is bearable!
