Also his price is really reasonable compared to other companies especially during this pandemic. 1. He gave me very good estimate based on my roof size calculated by his software. ( another roofer company gave me very high estimate by increasing the size of my roof. I felt he lied to me. And I was right after I met Edgar.) 2. He always responded to me. 3 he sprayed oils on my roof carefully and thoroughly with soft sprayer. 4 after he was done the work, he cleaned, and double checked his job. 5. Now my roof looks so clean andvl new. I'm so happy with my roof and am so satisfied that he treated me professionally and honestly. I give him many stars. And I think this rejuvenation is really good for many home owners and also needed before you sell your house.“

“We hired Rafael and Iris Roofing to reroof our 26,000 square foot apartment building roof in August and September of 2023. It was a complicated job because we have 32 air conditioning units divided amongst 9 zones that are flat portions of the otherwise pitched roof. The pitched roof needed shingles and the flat sections had rotten wood and needed torch down material. Since this job was done during hot Los Angeles summer months, we needed tenants to have their HVAC units functioning as much as possible. Before we got started Aviv (the owner) met with us multiple times and went over every detail of what the steps were and what they would do in each step. They did exactly what they said they would do and stayed on schedule. Aviv and his foremen, Ruben and Alex, planned the entire job in advance so that each tenant would only have their air conditioners disconnected for 1 work day (during which we provided portable AC’s to those who needed it). Aviv provided an HVAC vendor to disconnect and reconnect the HVAC units so we did not have the hassle and expense of trying to coordinate with another vendor to deal with that portion of the job. Ruben and Alex did a fantastic job of communicating with us which units would have no AC which days so that we could keep moving our 8 portable AC units around among the 32 apartments to provide cooling where it was needed. The entire crew was respectful, professional, honest, reliable, and great at communicating with us about everything.The job took about 5 weeks to do and there were some complications along the way. There was highly unusual, unexpected rain on two different occasions as well as a tropical storm (very heavy rain) that we did know about a couple of days ahead of time. The crew raced to cover the unfinished roof with plastic even on the two occasions when there had been rain in the forecast at all. There was some leaking in a few apartments but the roofers did all they could to minimize the damage. Aviv was very proactive in asking us what tenants had water damages and went to those units and reimbursed them directly for any damages. He hired a painting crew to repaint the ceilings of the few units that had stains from water that had leaked in. Aviv kept insisting that he would deal with any complications and pay for any water damage that happened during the reroofing process and he did exactly what he promised. He hired a cleaning crew to clean the building after the whole process was done because roof work (particularly the demo stage) is quite messy.Aviv was very clear about what was included in our roof cost and what we might pay extra for once they had removed the 3 old roofs. He did not rip us off by charging tons for the rotten wood that they encountered during the process. After the job was done Aviv walked the whole job with us and insisted that we contact him if we had any problems or if a tenant discovered some water damage that had not been noticed before. Rafael and Iris Roofing’s workmanship and customer service were top notch and we will definitely hire them to do our next building’s roof. In case you are thinking that we must have paid a premium to have such a great experience you are wrong. We got estimates from 8 different companies and Aviv’s estimate was the second lowest. We did not trust the work of the lowest bidding roofer after going through many details with them. I wish all contractors were as reasonable, thorough, honest, reliable, and dependable as Rafael and Iris Roofing while taking pride in their work. We could not recommend them more highly and I also made sure to tell Aviv that he can provide me as a reference to future potential customers.“

“My bath tub was leaking into the ceiling below me. I was having trouble with the insurance company and my neighbors were being inconvenienced. Oren helped me navigate the insurance company and everyone at HouseRus provided great customer service and was patient. When they began the work they arrived on time and worked all day. They covered my floors and were very clean. The tile work was beautiful and the tub alined perfectly. The vanity and medicine cabinets were installed as I requested. I love my new bathroom! I would highly recommend them.“

Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. “I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way .My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design.The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. I’m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesn’t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.“
