It was very small, but it understandably worried her. Jordan came out personally, was incredibly kind, and took the time to look at it, explain exactly what it was, and reassure her.

Even when I offered to patch it myself with a little spackle and paint, Jordan insisted they would take care of it and said he would send one of their employees out to patch it properly.

Hiring contractors to do repairs or renovations is always challenging and stressful. Now try to imagine working with contractors when you live in another state and aren’t able to visit the site and review the work! That requires an enormous amount of trust and is only possible when the company you’re working with is as amazing as SWHI. They were prompt, super-responsive, flexible, reasonably priced, and completely understood the budget and the nature of the project (even once the nature of the project changed). To find all of that in a single team that specializes in mobile homes was nothing short of miraculous.
From the moment I phoned, Eric and Tom – my primary contacts - could not have been more helpful if they had tried. From keeping me updated on progress (which was very quick) to working with my weird payment mechanics, they were able to completely renovate a very badly neglected mobile home in just over 2 months – despite the pouring rain in October, and the Thanksgiving holiday. Usually when one works with contractors on home remodeling or renovation, you have to prepare for a very (VERY) long slog. But Eric was on site the day after I phoned, assured me that the home was completely salvageable, and the crew got to work right away. At no point did I feel as though my interests weren’t being protected, and I never had to wonder how things were coming along. Since I was out of state, Eric sent me tons of photos so I could see the progress. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company on a project this extensive and had this kind of responsive communication.

The company we had install our pavers had accidentally jack hammered some post tension cables and we needed them repaired while the paver company was still working on our project. The timing was very important and Jason made it work. He worked with the paver company and they repaired the cables. He charged a fair price and most important to me was that he always responded to my text messages. It has been my experience that responsiveness is a rare quality and I value it. I highly recommend Jason and his crew.“

“West Coast Mobile Home Improvement were able to help us out with supports and skirting on our mobile home. Kevin, who gave us the estimates actually went completely under the Mobile Home and took pictures of our current supports. They were deteriorating badly and we could see they needed replacement. The crew was efficient, friendly and thorough on completing the estimates Kevin had given us on the supports and the siding. They worked hard and did great work as well as cleaning up after they finished. I would recommend them highly. “I have done 2 grading projects in Temecula with 2 different licensed grading companies. Advantage grading was superior in every way. If you want personal service throughout the project and great communication, Jerry is the right choice. You will get out of the box thinking like when he turned the rocks that were removed during grading into riprap, saving me quite a bit of money. The 2 regrets I have are 1) not using them on my first grading job and 2) not reaching out to Jerry to help guide me to a better Civil engineer. I suggest that you reach out to Jerry first, he will help you!!!“

“Joseph not only has a knack for design and function, he has a hand picked team of demo, tilers, and cabinet setters that all are detail oriented. I’ve never had a project where everyone was on time, explained everything, they did everything right without having to demand a redo. Joseph knows the trade and has an eye for what works.
