“I have dealt with many, many contractors over the years. Always they came up short and I was very disappointed. I am very happy with South West Home Improvements. They came in my mother’s manufactured home and totally beautified it. New paint, baseboards, and flooring in every room. Replaced all ceiling light fixtures and wall plates throughout ( not in original scope of work). Total replacement of entire kitchen cabinetry and installed all new appliances. If there was any thing I wasn’t satisfied with all I had to do was mention it and it was fixed right away. They even altered their normal approach ( more sensible approach) to expedite the process so my mother could come home from the assisted care facility saving us some money. Best part they don’t try and nickel and dime you with change orders like so many contractors do. My mom came home and her face alone said it all when she walked into the kitchen of her dreams. “December 2023 we had a flood in our kitchen. The kitchen was torn apart and the cabinets under the sink had to be replaced. We wanted to keep the cabinet doors which matched the rest of the kitchen and hopefully do the restoration without replacing the granite counter top. Gary came out and took measurements and approximately two weeks later, Brian and Skip arrived with the new cabinets and reinstalled the original doors. You would never know there had been a major flood in our kitchen. The restoration was absolutely perfect in every way and the whole experience was top notch! I would highly recommend this company. “I needed some rehab work done in my home following a leak as well as some desired upgrades. I was referred to Rocchi Construction by a friend who highly recommended them. The owner, Brian Rocchi, was very knowledgeable, responsive and prices were reasonable. The project entailed new vinyl floors downstairs, drywall repair, new Quartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen, painting existing oak cabinetry and hand rails white, a new master shower (where the leak occurred), new tile in both upstairs bathrooms and a new tub/tile enclosure in the upstairs Jack & Jill bath. The work turned out phenomenal. Brian stayed on schedule and was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I could not be happier and highly recommend Brian and Rocchi Construction.“

“If looking for quality, this is who to call! We needed to replace our badly damaged thatch, and considered many different options. We called to get an estimate and George came at our convenience. It turns out, he had originally built our Palapa. He didn't recommend the thatch, and suggested a synthetic grass instead for durability. In less than 2 weeks after making our decision, in just 6 hours our beautiful palapa has been restored!“
