“Well I just meet with Vince at my home for an estimate, I called him a couple days before and left a message stating that I was looking for a bid on a new roof. He called today at 2:30pm asked if he could come by in an hour and he was here within the hour !!! His bid was the best by far and he seamed very knowledgeable, we will be putting 10% down tomorrow so he and his crew can start work as soon as possible:) I will update after the work is finished !! Well I signed the contract and work began about 6 weeks later right on time with what I was told !!! The job only took 3 days total !!! Everyday the yard was clear of trash and nothing was left behind !!! My house is on the smaller side 1300sq ft but I was so happy the crews worked hard and fast to get the job done !!! I am really happy cuz I have heard horror stories of contractors :-/ I have recommended them already and will continue!!!“

“My wife and I purchased a Skyline home that was less than 2 years old and were happy with it. Unfortunately, a part of our flooring got damaged and we reached out to the dealer ( Living Easy Lifestyles LLC, Yuma, AZ ) who sold the home to get a replacement since it is proprietary to Skyline. When we called, he answered politely but as soon as he realized we were not wanting to purchase a home but merely wanted a part, which we were willing to pay for, he got became very belligerent and rude. Not a good representation for a company at all. He refused to help or even offer a solution and then hung up on me.
I then contacted Skyline Manufacturing in San Jacinto, CA directly and ended up talking with a customer relations representative, Dania Newbold, who seemed to want to help. Due to some company guidelines, she could not sell me the parts through them, but stated it would have to be done through the dealer who refused to help with anything unless I were buying a new home. After weeks of working with Dania, she was finally able to get approval to sell me the parts and get them shipped to me. She had to work hard it seems to get this done but she did not give up and kept me informed the whole time. She even tried to come up with suitable alternate means that did not work out including getting me in contact with the manufacturer of the flooring. Her desire to help and persistence to get it done is what every employer would want in their company. She is a great reflection of Skyline and what customer service should look like. The color match to the floor is perfect but over the years, it seems the size has changed. I ordered 2 pieces that I needed to replace, and upon receiving them, I realize I will need an additional 3rd. I am confident that I will be able to receive it also with her help and wanted to commend her on here for her diligence. Had it not been for her, this review would have been completely different. I hope that due to this event and her having to fight to assist a customer and owner of one of Skylines home, that the company will review some of their guidelines in order to better care for their customers. Their willingness to join her in resolving this issue is much appreciated and due to that, I would recommend Skyline Homes to someone looking to buy a home as the quality I am very pleased with.
As for the dealer in Yuma, I hope he realizes that just a little customer service in the future could actually help his business instead of going with the greed of only the big sale matters. I feel sorry for any of his future customers if they need something from him after the sale.“
