I had my first ever IPL treatment at Sanctuaire MD yesterday, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. I had many questions ahead of time and the receptionist was incredibly patient with me. At the appointment Ann was checking in with me throughout the full experience and I felt relaxed and confident going into the treatment. I have had visible blood vessels and blotchy red spots on my cheeks for years now, and even one day after the IPL I can see my skin coloring looking a bit more even! I can't wait to complete the treatment cycle and see the results. Highly recommend Sanctuaire MD!
Fantastic experience. Does not over treat, is minimally invasive and appropriately conservative. She filled a few cavities for our 6 year old and gave her a great experience.
TLDR: Fun classes, friendly community, zero ego environment, 5/5... go for it!As a runner for many years, pounding the pavement finally caught up with my joints and I needed to make a change to my routine. I dreaded signing up for a regular gym because it's just never been for me and always been a waste of money.I was really excited to discover F45 in my area as I simply don't have the time to design a wholistic workout routine, nor the motivation to stick to it on my own in a gym. If you can do that... bravo, but it ain't for me. Really all the thinking is taken out of it at F45, so your job is to just show up, do the work while listening to some loud music, fist bumps, and you're off to whatever else you got going.If you're on the fence.. seriously give it a shot. There's a 2 week trial for a reasonable price, nothing to lose

Sandra has been keeping my face and eyebrows as ageless as possible!Sandra has provided monthly facials which include exfoliation in the form of dermaplaning ( gets rid of my dry skin, hair, and acne), eyebrow attention (waxing and shaping), and chemical peels (as needed).I look forward to my appointments. My skin feels so smooth and I get compliments by friends and acquaintances. She is a good friend as we have known each other for 16 years while she has attended to my skin.I would be hard pressed to find a replacement!
This is the BEST vet. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had to move, but for anything serious, I would drive 4 hours to take my dog to see Dr.Lee. Would give 6 stars for this vet if I could!

This review is very long overdue. I first had a massage at Shape Shifters earlier this year, then started attending yoga, and then a special combo treatment (we would do some body work and some physical movement). Terra helped me SO much .. I was/am healing from a few car accidents, and her super knowledge of the body was a huge asset to me. I had been "out" of working out for a very long time because of my accidents, and with Terra's guidance, gradually got back into yoga earlier this year, and now am happy to say that despite moving across the country and no longer being able to attend Shape Shifters, I'm able to do yoga poses I was unable to do before, and in the gym lifting weights! I cannot tell you how huge this is for me - and I really credit Terra for a big part of the shift I needed to get here. She is incredible! And supported by great masseuses as well. Also love the creams she has. I would recommend her and the studio to anyone looking for a supportive environment to work out (yoga or pilates) and/or who needs body work... and especially to anyone who was like me and wanted a combination of those things! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Russell McDonald gives personal service. He asks all the right questions and remembers the details. He also has a great follow up system so he contacts current clients if he sees rates decreasing. I have worked with Russell for several years, done 3 or 4 refi's, a purchase, and another mortgage through him. Thank you Russell for all you have done for me and my family.
So, these guys built a house for me. It is approximately 3300 sq ft, with 5 bedrooms and 3++ bathrooms. In any construction project of this size, there are bound to be some "bumps in the road." That is when you get to see what kind of contractor you really have. Bob McLaughlin is an excellent contractor. He is fast, fair, and smart. He did a great job, and he did it quickly. I have other construction experiences, but none as good as with Bob. I give him the highest recommendation.

I had my first massage here a few months ago and I had an issue with the therapist starting late and ending early even factoring in the time for consult. The front desk staff heard me out and my next massage I got paired with Rachel instead of the previous therapist. She respected my time while also making sure she understood what parts of my body needed the most massage work. Rachel is not only great at massage but she really went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. Since then I have gotten a few more massages from Rachel and will continue to see her. Thank you Rachel and the rest of the staff that went above and beyond to help me. I'll be recomending this location to friends and family.

Joe's team came in last Friday to clean our restaurant in downtown Oakland and they cleaned our windows, kitchen, and dining room area. They did a great job coming in on time and leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
I've been here twice now and my nails have looked great both times! I've been to a number of mediocre nail spots in the area, so I do appreciate their attention to detail and the higher quality polishes they offer. So glad I found my go-to spot. Make sure to make an appt!

Options is a great salon for men/women and children. "B" has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and now cuts my wife and kids hair. She is a very kind lady who will get you exactly what you want. No one in the Nor Cal/ Bay Area will make you feel at home like she will.
I switched from a wonderful dentist who retired and I feel so fortunate to have found another fantastic and caring dentist in Dr. Halvorsen. She is amazing; my teeth and mouth feel better and look great. She also takes care to provide the appropriate treatment without unnecessary procedures. I am so impressed and I highly recommend her and her team.
Our retaining wall project was pretty straightforward, but the town made getting permits quite difficult. Dave was persistent and persuasive in getting the necessary supporting documents and, ultimately, the permit. He and his guys did a fantastic job on the project and the communication was excellent. We are super happy with our new wall and Dave was very enjoyable to work with.
Very kind staff, even right before closing time. My nails always look polished. I get gel hybrid now due to the suggestion and love it. Pedicures are nice. I had my first massage at Total Reflexology Studio recently, which was so enjoyable that I went back again a few days later. I got a 60-minute foot massage both times, and both were heavenly. The massage starts with a hot water soak for your feet while your face and scalp get a mini massage. The rest of the hour is focused on your tootsies and legs. Pretty sure I fell asleep both times, which is partly because the chair is sooo squishy and comfy. All this for a very reasonable $50. I saw another reviewer who wasn't thrilled about the fact that the massage therapists answer the phone during your massage. That's true - if both therapists are working at the same time, one of them will answer incoming calls. It's at most slightly distracting, but given that this is a very small operation and (again) low cost, it didn't seem unreasonable or objectionable to me.
