I had my first massage at Total Reflexology Studio recently, which was so enjoyable that I went back again a few days later. I got a 60-minute foot massage both times, and both were heavenly. The massage starts with a hot water soak for your feet while your face and scalp get a mini massage. The rest of the hour is focused on your tootsies and legs. Pretty sure I fell asleep both times, which is partly because the chair is sooo squishy and comfy. All this for a very reasonable $50. I saw another reviewer who wasn't thrilled about the fact that the massage therapists answer the phone during your massage. Wow Best massage and reflexology to date. Headache gone! It was a pinched nerve in my shoulder and neck. Slept wrong. So happy I found this place on Rheem/Moraga so close to my house!

Amazing massage. Nothing fancy, but if you're in need of relaxation or specific body work done this is the place. Precautions are taken for covid -you are sprayed top to bottom with anti-bacterial solution, temperature is taken and both parties wear masks. I found this to be helpful with my overall need to relax. Please support Total Reflexology - you will not regret!
