My therapist, Shiva, made the entire process so much more comforting and welcoming. She made sure that in all aspects of recovery, I was secured. Each exercise was explained, and most importantly, she made sure to ask how I felt before and after the treatments. You would never leave your appointment without feeling better.“

I chose MOTI in Highland Park, CA because of it's excellent rating & close location. It turned out to be an excellent decision. It is a very attractive facility. The staff is so knowledgeable & helpful. Most of the time I met with Michael Yip. He set up a program of exercises to strengthen my femur & foot. He even worked on remolding my foot, which needed to be reshaped after the fall. I can't say enough good things about MOTI and all of it's staff. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!“

My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

I was really hopeful that I'd be working with someone who would put together a very customized plan for me to get into shape for an upcoming Tough Mudder event, and Jason did exactly that. He started by spending time determining where I was in terms of core strength, balance, health, etc. and put together an awesome plan to systematically start ramping me up to where I need to be. Plus he's super nice and funny! Highly recommend.“

The lockers and showers are also in perfect condition. No regrets. I go very early in the morning, so there's very few people and plenty of machines and weights.“

Sometimes I spend up to 20 minutes a session waiting for heat, ice, or the planned circuit for the day (which could be planned out before I even show up). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have an athletic background, I just wish my sessions were more streamlined.“

His approach is highly intuitive--he can pinpoint exactly where my pain originates and then teaches me how to prevent it from returning. Working with him has made me much more aware of my muscles and movement. Now, I can feel my muscles working during workouts without experiencing pain afterward. Haig is exactly who I needed to take my workouts to the next level while effectively managing pain before it becomes a bigger issue.“

(better equipment placement, outdoor expansion, addition of equipment). I never have to wait for things and its not overcrowded at most times. The weights are more or less always re-racked and Steven does a great job making sure everything is in place and ready for the gym goers. I'm not a client of Stevens but I do see him actively training clients with good instructions on technique vs just chatting about random things which ive seen before at other gyms. He might be good for you if youre looking for a trainer who will guide you through proper form and technique.“

The staff are friendly and the lockers room are okay, only bother is there could be some homeless or weirdos but that’s on a rare occasion. I do have one complaint and that’s some of the machines they are broken and take a while to be fixed. The ones I can name top of my head are the two leg curl machines and the two stair master. Hopefully they get fixed in the remodeling process.“

From therapists to office staff, they give the highest level of professional, personal and effective care. The environment is upbeat and friendly. I recently had shoulder surgery; my team in the Glendale center, headed up by the amazing Armand, DPT. with Josue and Hunter assisting was the highest quality. My team was incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive, and healed me in record time. Unlike some other companies, at Aspire your PT is responsible for your case from start to finish; they are there with you hands-on every session. Elizabeth in the office is quickly available to handle scheduling issues and fantastic at fitting everyone in, which is a really big deal when you're hurting and needing care. Also, Aspire has several venues.... our son went to the LaCanada office after knee surgery; their hands-on manipulation, exercises and guidance made a difference with each session. Honestly, we've been given referrals to other PT companies because they are "in-system". We give them a try but after 2 or 3 sessions of big-medicine, impersonal factory treatment, where we leave the office hurting as much as when we went in, we're back at Aspire for their personal, knowledgable and professional care.
