There are so many positive things to say about training with Ivan. I have been training with Ivan for 3 months now and have seen significant results mentally and physically. I normally live an active lifestyle but have always struggled with confidence in weight lifting. Ivan continues to coach me, giving me the tools and confidence I need to become stronger and reach my goals. I also appreciate his dedication and discipline in all aspects of life as it motivates me to become better in my fitness and personal journey. I highly recommend training at Ivan's gym! Ivan is so good at what he does! He is such a motivating trainer and really knows what he is doing. I've enjoyed working with him. He is beyond reliable and always ready when I walk in the door. He specifically has a plan just for me and my body and continues to push me as each session goes on. His energy and mood really helps the flow of the work out and gets me going.
