“Jose did an excellent job. I came in because my patio sliding door lock was not working. When I insert the key, the cylinder would spin and not lock/unlock the door latch. It was only locking from the other side not the key lock side. So, I brought the door lock mechanism for him to check it out. At first, he did state he didn't think he could fix it but he gave it a try. After some tinkering, he managed to use parts from another lock and fix my door lock.
