Pioneer Lock and Safe are amazing. We have a mortice lockset that needed to be repaired. I called so many places and had zero luck finding someone familiar with this type of lock. I went Pioneer and showed them a picture of my lock. The owners said no problem, met me at my house within 30 minutes, had it rebuilt within two hours. Totally professional and knowledgeable. I called a couple places to have a second set of car keys made, but as soon as I spoke with Connie at Pioneer Lock and Key, I knew they were the right business for me. Connie had so much patience with me as I asked her many questions. I arranged a time to come in and have my key made and the remote coded. Everything was done efficiently, promptly, and professionally. They offer quality products at an excellent value in store. Their prices were so much better than others I called. I bought a couple more items and decided we will definitely utilize their services when we do some home upgrades.

This place has been here for almost 2 decades. Very reliable, old school, friendly, easy-going, fast, efficient, and reasonable. Got my keys done a few times now but really wanted to give a review now. Definitely a neighborhood business that will work on analog keys and locks.
