Viva Zapata Lock & Key is an excellent keylock shop with quick response times and reasonable prices. Mo and his Dad are skilled and helpful, assisting with even the most challenging work and special keys type industrial. They offer professional and friendly service, making copies of work keys efficiently. Zapata is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, making duplicates that worked. They were able to help on even the most difficult work and their response was quick. As far as being locked out goes, they made this a significantly less stressful experience. They were calm, kind, and focused. Viva Zapata Lock & Key is highly recommended for any residential or commercial business, small or larger work.

I came here to get a copy of my house keys and had a great opportunity to meet Guillermo. He has a great personality and great customer service. He has been the most humble person I’ve ever met if anyone is looking to make any copies of their keys buying locks I highly recommend you to come here. It was such a great experience.
This place is THE BEST!!! They’ve saved me multiple times, I’m not exaggerating when I say this is one of my favorite businesses in LA. The man who runs it is sweet and knowledgeable. Both times I was able to just walk in and be helped immediately. This most recent time he saved me hundreds of dollars helping me fix my electric car key—it just needed a battery replacement when the dealership was going to charge me hundreds of dollars. I bought the battery from cvs for 8 dollars and he helped me replace it for free. The inside of the store is really cool too and has a signed photo of Ray Charles thanking them by name.
