Service Requested: There were two things I have come to Lupe’s for which was rekeying several locks so i was only operating off two keys (down from 5) and then I went to the shop to get copies made in mass for employees. For the rekeying service, Lupe came with his mobile van and was able to change all my locks without any issue. Lupe is a master at his craft and is friendly, accommodating, and efficient in preforming it. For the copies I went to the store and Tony made them extremely fast and precise. It was much faster and better than the auto-kiosks you will see in home improvement stores.

Quality: My rekeyed locks work great and the copies were flawless. Great quality.

“Jose did an excellent job. I came in because my patio sliding door lock was not working. When I insert the key, the cylinder would spin and not lock/unlock the door latch. It was only locking from the other side not the key lock side. So, I brought the door lock mechanism for him to check it out. At first, he did state he didn't think he could fix it but he gave it a try. After some tinkering, he managed to use parts from another lock and fix my door lock. Sometimes my key would not work . i found out that my car had been bypassed because of a past car alarm installation and no other lock smith i went to would even touch my car . Not Edgar . Edgar took care of me and answered all my question. he was very respectful easy to talk to .
