First time Carlos came to our apartment to look at the bike and see if he had the tools to make a key. Unfortunately he did not. However, he went above and beyond to find the correct tool and a week later he came back. We now have two new keys for the bike and a very happy motorcycle couple.“

It was not an easy job, as I have an old door and it was not compatible with the new lock system. Marty was extremely professional and explained to me what the issue was, he spent a great deal of time not only installing the lock, but adjusting the entire system so that the door would be balanced and close properly. No detail was overlooked and he even fixed some of the issues with the system that were caused by the original installer. Once they received the replacement FOB, it only tool him 20 minutes to program the new one and it works great and was only about 2/3 the cost of of the dealership.Today, I decided to call Cay to see if he could help access a gate arm enclosure where the key had been lost, and within 20 minutes he arrived to my work and had the door opened and re-keyed in under an hour.Cay and his dog Max are friendly and fast. Got a fast ETA of hour and half, and considering everywhere else I called (5 places) either didn't respond, told me they would call back and never did, or quoted 7-8am.... Absolutely ecstatic to wait only an hour and half. And it basically only was that long. Guy was even super understanding about my phone being almost dead battery-wise, gave me an ETA and description so that I could be ready to let him in if it died.I never knew I needed a favorite locksmith but I have one now.
