I called a couple places to have a second set of car keys made, but as soon as I spoke with Connie at Pioneer Lock and Key, I knew they were the right business for me. Connie had so much patience with me as I asked her many questions. I arranged a time to come in and have my key made and the remote coded. Everything was done efficiently, promptly, and professionally. They offer quality products at an excellent value in store. Their prices were so much better than others I called. I highly recommend Fly Lock Security Solutions. We thought our Butterfly entry system needed to be completely replaced, so we called them to come take a look.

Steven arrived, thoroughly inspected our current system and the electrical box, and quickly discovered that nothing needed to be replaced at all. The system simply needed to be reset. Instead of trying to sell us an expensive new system or unnecessary repairs, he honestly explained the issue, fixed it, and only charged the $150 service fee.
