Spent hours (even after shop hours) trying to figure out my tricky Mercedes and exhausted all options. Even drove out to my apartment and helped me there when problems continued the next day! Even made me key copies for no charge for the trouble. Super communicative and replies quickly via text. I can see why the reviews are so positive!
My daughter’s Mazda Miata was purchased used with only one key, I called two places to get the keyless entry keypod made.
I called Michael he quoted me a price. I called one more place. They quoted me 200% the price plus $25.
I called another place and they wouldn’t even give me a quote
Michael was extremely professional. He told me on the phone he gave me directions. I went there. I handed him the key and while I was testing the new key he was writing the receipt. I left there between nine and 10 minutes.
10 MINUTES MAXIMUM!!
Michael would jump on the job immediately and his prices are so beyond reasonable!!

Went in to get two lock cylinders re-keyed. Service was fast, efficient and affordable. I waited in the front seating area during the process. Michael also troubleshot my keyless entry remote for me, he ended up having to reprogram it. He did that for free. Definitely will continue to use them for any locksmith needs going forward.
