I recently had an issue with the key to my front door not working. I initially tried to fix it myself without success. Highly recommend. Professional, helpful, and reasonably priced.
Long story short, a locksmith messed up my lock and then asked for $1500 to fix his own botched job.
I called Ray’s for a second opinion. Henry diagnosed and fixed the problem in thirty minutes for $100.
Just had 3 keys made at Ray's. Mentioned to owner I'm always hesitant to try one of those automated machines at Home Depot or Lowes. Got home, all 3 keys worked to perfection! I always judge a mechanics shop, or in this case, a key makers shop on its cleanliness and if things are in order. Spotless. It says everything about their business. The one we have gone to in the past has oily boxes stacked everywhere, and yea, well... absolutely stoked I finally made it into Ray's. Great stuff!!! A+++
