Locked myself out of apartment throwing trash out, called the number, got a call back, man said 10 minutes.
All done in less than 15 mins.
He was good even though he forgot our appointment he came through and did the job with speed and great precession. But as he was working I could see why he forgot he received a couple of calls in the middle of the job.
