“This is a long over due review, my family has been coming to this shop for tens of years when it was the previous owners. The new owners live up to everything it was, house or car keys they do a professional jobs and never try and cheat anyone. They helped me out programming a new key to my car when i had just got it back from being stolen. Also every time i need a copy of key I have zero problems not like some other locksmith copies in the area that always get stuck in the door. Couldn’t recommend them enough. “I recently had an issue with the key to my front door not working. I initially tried to fix it myself without success. I searched for locksmiths in the South Bay and called Ray's Key & Lock in Torrance. I talked with Henry (Ray's son--family business!) and he asked me to send him a picture of my lockset. He immediately texted me the estimate to get it fixed and we arranged to have him come the next day. He fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, and then he was able to re-key our back door (Anderson french door) as well--we had lost the keys many years ago.
